Partly Cloudy Day

We went to Music. We sang Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer. The 5th grader's helped us.
In Math, we used a triangle and a circle to make Santa's Hat.
Mrs. Rivera read a book that she wrote in Writer's Workshop. It was about her dog Nikko in the rain. She had to give her a bath and then Nikko smelled like roses.
We did scoial studies.We watched a little bit of Arthur's Christmas. It was about christmas, hannukah, kwanzaa, all the holidays in December.

We went to the gym. We stood on the steps and we sang songs. We practiced for our performance. We learned how to bow. We went outside and it started to rain. We wrote in our writing book. We drew a picture about where we go during the week. We talked about the letter C.

We went to the Library. We sat down and watched a book being read to us by the computer. We wrote something in our new Writing Draft Book. We wrote our short cut date. Today's date is 10-30-17. We drew a picture in our book. We talked about the letter N.

The World of Bugs

We are learning about bugs. We read a story called I Love Bugs! We looked at pictures of bugs. Spiders are bugs. A lady bug is a bug. A bee is a bug. A roach is a bug. A butterfly is a bug. A dragonfly is bug. A caterpillar is a bug. We drew our favorite bug.
